Now with colours.

Yeah, so here's the finished piece involving :iconyaraffinity:'s Birdie, :icongraciecouture:'s Lyn and my own OC Edith.
I just liked playing around with the different styles of these women. Birdie with her more rural simple dress, Lyn and her London city-attire, and Ediths practical desert-wear.

Sii~iigh My TGMD characters have fashion trouble in terms of authenticity... :'( Do you have any advice that could be passed on to a TGMD newbie?? :3

Well, what kind of advice do you need? Fashion-sense?
One word:
Research.
Look up the time period, find out what class, social status and type of character your OC is, and look up the clothes according to it. Middle class? Upper class, lower class, military, etc.
My best advice is to find out the style and cut for your character and then make a search at pinterest.com they have a LOT of wonderful references you can draw inspiration from.
Hope it suffices, if not, just ask :)

I sadly can't come with much constructive stuff. I absolutely love your characters and their designs!

I was so hoping that you would draw more pictures of Edith and more GMT in general.  Edith is my favorite OC of yours.  Luv this!

YOU. YOU. YOOOOU ♥ you have made my day :') went through the first day of my tests and came back to this wonderful , extremely unexpected peice (i'm running through this comment.. because i've caugh a glimpse of the next one! And its got me tinggling with excitement! :iconsqueeeplz:) you have a neck for brightening up a persons' dayy :3

owh mai gosh, your take on their dressing is so wonderfully refreshing!! Birdie's in a remarkably pretty dress! It suits her from head to toe!! Ooooohhhhh ♥ i've always loved Edith's fashion choices! Her high waste pants are to die for!! I literally went looking for those not too long ago, influenced to do so because of your work ; o ; no joke ! (I got me a pair xD thank u Miss Burke! You are an amazin' model). There's just something so strong about Miss Ediths' character that sets her apart from the rest. It reflects in almost every single picture you draw of her. I cnt pinpoint exactly what it is... Whatever it may be, it definately works!!

Your adaptation of Lyn's clothes.... it makes me wana scream :iconlaplz: its nothing short of perfect!! If this is an early christmas gift, i except it with all my heart ♥ Thank you!!!
