So, here we have 
's Half-OC-half-Canon, I suppose (I haven't read the Titus' books so I'm not entirely sure of his ways or appearance in the books) Sebastian Moran.
I have to admit, I adore this guy. I really love how smug and sly TMG has portrayed him in her drawings and her descriptions. He's the perfect partner for Ratigan and I really dig the mix between Ratigans design and Claytons form Tarzan.
I had so much fun drawing him, and damn... if he isn't a blast.
I'm afraid I am turning into a huge fan of this guy
