I'm on a roll tonight; More BBC's Sherlock Vs. The Great Mouse Detective.
And yes, I included one of my OC's, couldn't help, don't be bothered by it.
EITHER way, this sketch is pretty straight-forward, although I had a tricky time figuring out what to give Olivia; considering that we caught her in the rain in the beginning of the cartoon, I went for wellingtons, because they're freaking awesome.
Dawson, Basil, Olivia and Ratigan all belongs to Disney
